The Paper Napkin Sale is on until February 22. All napkins are 20% off including the Valentine, Spring and Summer ones I told you about in the last newsletter. I have also put the napkins for all the other seasons out as part of the sale. Stock up, there are lots to choose from. You are going to need them if you hope to mooch on friends and spend weekends at the lake! Besides the BBQ is not complete without a stack at the ready.
I promised a customer this and I did it on Saturday, the blue antiques are priced and on a stand for sale.
I know some of the antiques are more valuable than others, so I did a bit of internet cruising and set the prices accordingly.
I also snaffled two pots for myself. At the lake, my trailer has eaves troughs that pour water onto the deck in the rain. I don’t want to ruin the deck, so I am going to install rain chains and use the pots at the bottom to collect and dissipate the rain, rather than pound on the wooden boards. It will look something like this. This is the theory.
And just to make you think of other uses for those pots, here are a few pictures.
See you at Scoop N’ Weigh, the Candy Store for Grownups!
P.S. This has been a tough week for me, I got a horrible cold and did the 4,3,2,1. 4 days with out exercise or yoga, so I am stiff and ache; 3 trashy novels – this was the start of my summer stash so I have to buy more; 2 nights of no sleep and 1 long head ache. I am on the mend, but feel exhausted. I crawled back on my tread mill, but for half the time and a slow speed, then I needed a rest.
