- ¾ cup vegan margarine or vegan butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons ground flax mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2½ cups graham crumbs
- 6 tablespoons vegan margarine or vegan butter
- ½ cup nut milk
- ½ cup vanilla custard powder
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 2 cups dark chocolate
- 1½ tablespoons vegan margarine or vegan butter
- Put all base ingredients except graham crumbs in a bowl.
- Set bowl in a pan of warm water.
- Stir until margarine has melted.
- Add the graham crumbs.
- Press into an ungreased 9×13 pan.
- Cream together all filling ingredients.
- Spread over base.
- Chill until firm or place in the freezer for ½ an hour.
- Melt the chocolate with the margarine and spread over base.
- Chill until firm.
